The National Center for Interpretation is pleased to announce a new webinar designed for Spanish/English interpreters!
This live, instructor-led webinar is focused on improving your proficiency in the simultaneous interpreting mode, with emphasis on interpreting in court settings. After a brief review of the mode itself, its goals and techniques, the bulk of the webinar will be taken up with intensive interpreting lab practice and feedback. It will give you a sample of what you'll find in depth at our Court Interpreter Training Institute (CITI)!
To get the most out of this webinar, you will need to have a headset with a mic, and a separate recording device (such as your cellphone).

Instructor: Kelly Varguez is a federally certified court interpreter and also holds state court certification in both Nebraska and Iowa.
